About BOXABL
BOXABL is a modular housing manufacturer founded in 2017 by Paolo and Galiano Tiramani, along with Kyle Denman.
The company seeks to revolutionize home construction through mass production and modular design, gaining early attention at the International Builders’ Show with its factory-built homes.
BOXABL’s main product is the Casita, a 361-square-foot (19×19 ft) modular studio designed to fold for transport and assemble on-site in under an hour.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, BOXABL has expanded to three factories and plans a large “Boxzilla” facility to boost production.
BOXABL stands out with its folding design and rapid assembly but faces competition from established prefab manufacturers.
Despite raising over $150 million, primarily via crowdfunding, BOXABL has faced regulatory and operational issues, including an SEC investigation and deployment challenges.
Its future success depends on generating authentic customer demand, scaling production, maturing supply chains, and navigating regulations.
BOXABL has completed several crowdfunding rounds, but many early investors are now seeking exits at discounts through secondary markets.
New investors should review secondary market valuations carefully, as they often diverge from crowdfunding round prices, risking overpayment.

Ownership
BOXABL is a mid-stage startup that has executed multiple Reg A+, Reg D, and Reg CF crowdfunding campaigns to raise funds. Equity crowdfunding is an underutilized fundraising tool that allows retail investors to participate in fundraising for low minimums.
However, equity-crowdfunded companies sometimes overhype their stories and potential to attract capital.
BOXABL investors include the founders, employees, and equity crowdfunding participants. BOXABL says that more than 40,000 investors have invested in the company.
Venture capital investors include IPO Club, Elevation Capital, Buildtech VC, Bluefield Capital, MSA Capital, Ben Jen Holdings, IPO Club, Giant Ventures, Blazing Equity, Zain Ventures, Giant Ventures, and Chasella.

Valuation (Fair Value)
The latest established BOXABL valuation as of April 2025 is $3.5 billion, according to the company and its crowdfunding partners.
Investors should, however, be skeptical of the valuation and look elsewhere for discounts.
BOXABL conducted a crowdfunding round on the StartEngine platform that ended in April 2025. The round attracted more than 5,000+ investors, raising $12 million, according to StartEngine.
The deal went through at a $3.5 billion valuation and $0.80 per share.
Simultaneously, however, shares were selling at a heavily discounted rate on Hiive for $0.12 to $0.15 per share.
That would equate to a valuation of $525 to $656 million.
Why the disconnect?
Equity crowdfunding campaigns are driven by hype, storytelling, and accessibility. Secondary marketplace prices are driven by supply and demand.
Excess supply on pre-IPO marketplaces has led to significant discounted shares. But since only accredited investors can access those shares, non-accredited investors must purchase shares through crowdfunding campaigns.
These screenshots were taken on April 28th, 2025.
StartEngine sold shares at a $3.5 billion valuation.
Shares were available on the Hiive platform at a $525 million valuation.

IPO Potential
It’s early to be talking about a BOXABL IPO date. BOXABL is a mid-stage startup with grand ambitions but has not proven itself to be a viable business yet.
As of April 2025, the company has three manufacturing locations but has only built 600 houses. It claims to have orders for nearly 200,000 homes.
That said, BOXABL reserved the stock symbol “BXBL” in March 2025. Reservations are good for 24 months.
The issuer must reasonably expect to use the symbol within this 24-month period. If the symbol is not used during this time, it will be released and made available for others to reserve.
It is rare for a company to make such an announcement. The press release may have been a move to foretell investors that there may be a liquidity event in the intermediate future.
The symbol reservation could be for an IPO or SPAC. At this point, a SPAC is more likely because the current business would not attract the demand of institutional IPO investors.
If the SPAC market becomes irrational again, BOXABL could be a candidate. However, investors should be wary of investing in low-revenue, high-run-rate companies with arbitrary valuations and unproven track records despite large addressable markets and proprietary technology.
Current BOXABL investors must wait for exit opportunities, which would be best conducted as an IPO to get a fair market value.
However, investors may be disappointed to learn the fair value is currently far below what they paid.
How to Buy BOXABL Stock
BOXABL stock is not publicly traded, but shares are available from time to time via crowdfunding campaigns.
Shares may also become available on secondary marketplaces since so many individual investors participated in crowdfunding rounds (1,200+).
We do not see an IPO as a viable option at this stage or in the future.
1. Invest via Crowdfunding Campaign
U.S.-based non-accredited retail investors can invest in BOXABL through crowdfunding campaigns frequently launched from the BOXABL website.
BOXABL partners with crowdfunding sites that administer the funding rounds.
The minimum investment is typically $1,000, and it offers discounts to investors who invest more.
The April 2025 funding campaign priced at $0.80 per share. Most investors can expect to pay the full price or at a small discount if they invest in the offered terms.
Please perform due diligence before investing in a new crowdfunding campaign. Compare the offering price against current inventory on secondary marketplaces such as Hiive.
2. Access shares via pre-IPO investing platforms
Ordinary investors can monitor pre-IPO marketplaces for BOXABL shares before the IPO. Investors must be accredited to acquire direct shares or access through funds or SPVs.
A few platforms have evolved to allow equity owners to fund stock options or liquidate holdings before the IPO.
Monitor IPO Club, EquityZen, Hiive, and Forge Global for market-priced opportunities to invest in BOXABL stock.
Investors must be accredited to invest via these platforms. Minimum investments on these platforms range from $10,000 to $50,000.
If BOXABL shareholders lose patience and want to sell shares before other liquidity options, they may turn to private platforms. But as of April 2025, they should expect the liquidation value to be substantially below the latest campaign valuations.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Is BOXABL publicly traded?
No. BOXABL is not publicly traded.
What is the BOXABL stock price?
BOXABL stock is non-traded, so there will be no public BOXABL stock price until the IPO.
Recent crowdfunding campaigns set the BOXABL stock price at $0.80. However, a more accurate stock price estimate is closer to $0.12 to $0.15 based on supply and demand on secondary marketplaces such as Hiive.
What is the BOXABL minimum investment?
The BOXABL minimum investment amount is $1,000.
What is the BOXABL stock symbol?
There is no BOXABL stock symbol yet because it is a private company. But in a rare move, BOXABL announced that it reserved the BOXABL stock symbol of BXBL in March 2025.
The reservation is good for 24 months. If it is not used by March 2027, it will be released for use by someone else.
The likelihood that another company would use this exact symbol is unlikely. The announcement was likely more of a PR event to attract investor attention rather than a sincere move toward a public offering.
Where is the BOXABL S-1 Filing
BOXABL has not released a public S-1 filing. There are no indications that the company has submitted confidential filings or will in the coming years.

The company has filed several SEC forms due to its crowdfunding activities. See all of BOXABL’s SEC filings here.
Conclusion
BOXABL has an ambitious vision to industrialize homebuilding, but visions alone don’t guarantee success.
The gap between crowdfunding valuations and secondary market pricing reveals a critical reality check for early investors. The gap is no uncommon, as seen with other crowdfunded companies like EnergyX, Aptera, and Miso Robotics.
With only 600 homes built against claims of 190,000 Casita orders, the company’s execution risk remains high.
While the reservation of the “BXBL” stock symbol hints at liquidity ambitions, investors should remain skeptical until meaningful financial and operational milestones are achieved.
BOXABL’s future will depend on innovation, disciplined growth, establishing manufacturing and supply chains, regulatory navigation, and real demand beyond hype cycles.
For prospective investors, careful due diligence and valuation discipline are essential to avoid overpaying for unproven potential.
Choose market-based pricing over stated crowdfunding offerings to find the best deals. If you’re already a shareholder, a BOXABL IPO or SPAC could come within the next few years.
But monitor secondary marketplace valuations to remain grounded in reality.
